Design

Drowned Dungeon submerges you into the depths of a flooded dungeon. Motivated by the creator's childhood anxiety of drowning and drawing from various expressive mediums, this immersive experience entices gamers to confront their own fears as they navigate the treacherous terrain.

Set within the claustrophobic confines of a dungeon, the mechanics and design work together to provoke an emotional reaction, while also supplying engaging gameplay. The music and audio effects heighten the feeling of tension and urgency, increasing the player's fear as the water levels continue to rise.
